Green Spice Pure Veg

Green Spice Pure Veg is located in Thane West, specifically on Uttalsar Road. We have Shop No 1 and 2 in the Navmonika Apartment building. If you know where Minatai Thakery Chowk is at Castle Mill, then we are very easy to find. This is a purely vegetarian spot because that’s just how we set things up for the neighbors here. Thane has grown so much lately, and the traffic around Castle Mill can be a real headache sometimes, but we’re right in the thick of it. The restaurant isn't very large, but we’ve made the most of the space we have in the apartment complex. We get a lot of families from the nearby buildings coming in for dinner most nights. I usually stay near the counter, greeting people and handling the bills when they leave. It’s a regular routine for us—open up, clean the floors, get the vegetables ready, and wait for the first customers to arrive. We don't use any fancy advertising to get people in. Word of mouth from people in 400601 is how most people find out about us anyway. It’s a bit of a squeeze when it’s busy, but that just means people like being here. We try to keep the prices fair and the place as clean as we can. Running a veg place on Uttalsar Road is a lot of work, but we really like seeing our regulars every day. It feels like we’re just a normal part of the neighborhood now.
