Grattacielo Homes India Private Limited is situated at A-202 Lotus Villa in Ohadpur. We are a small group of people who focus on building and managing homes. We aren't a big developer with thousands of employees. It’s just us working out of our office in Ohadpur. We chose this area because it’s quiet and it feels like a real community. We spend a lot of our time visiting building sites and making sure things are moving along as they should. Sometimes they aren't, and we have to spend the whole day fixing mistakes or waiting for deliveries that are late. That’s just the reality of the building business. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to do it. Our office at Lotus Villa is pretty simple. We have a couple of desks and a lot of samples for floors and walls. It’s a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is. We like the fact that our neighbors know us. It keeps us on our toes because we want to do good work for the people around us. Building a home is a big deal and we take it seriously even if we don't act all corporate about it. We’re just regular people trying to build something that lasts for a long time.
