We are over in Thane, at Regency Park in the Eden Woods area. Specifically, we are in B Wing, Unit 22 C. Pokhran Road 2 is a fairly well-known stretch, and it’s a bit quieter than the main highway, which we appreciate. We do contracting work, which means our days are a mix of sitting at the desk and running out to various sites around Thane. The office is in a residential complex, so it has a different feel than a typical commercial building. It’s more relaxed and quiet. We have a lot of paperwork because contracting involves so many different bits and pieces—supplies, labor, timelines, and all the rest. We aren't a massive corporation with a dozen departments. We are a small team that handles everything ourselves. Sometimes the tea lady comes around, and that’s the highlight of the afternoon for most of us. We focus on getting the jobs done without too much fuss or extra talk. Thane has grown so much in the last ten years, and being on Pokhran Road 2 puts us right in the middle of all the new development. We know the local suppliers and the guys who deliver the sand and bricks for our projects. It’s all about these local connections and knowing who to call. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. It works for us and our clients.
