If you know where Gnyanprasarani School is located in Kalwa, then finding our shop is not too difficult. We are in Shop Number 1 of the Shivashish Apartment, right on the Old Belapur Road. It is a very busy road, especially during the times when the school lets out, but we have been here long enough that the traffic noise doesn't really bother us anymore. The shop itself is small, just enough room for the chairs and the equipment we use every single day. We do mostly hair and face work for the people living around this part of Thane. It is not a corporate kind of place where everyone wears uniforms or offers you fancy coffee. We are just local people working. Sometimes the floor gets covered in hair during a busy rush, and we are constantly sweeping it up to keep the place looking decent for the next person. People stop by after they drop their kids off at the school or while they are running errands on Belapur Road. It is a simple daily routine for us. We do not use big fancy words to describe the work we do. If someone wants a haircut or needs their eyebrows shaped, we just get to it. The mirrors are getting a bit old, and the decor is just what we could put together, but it serves the purpose and keeps our customers coming back.
