Gem Chemicals

Gem Chemicals is located at the Giriraj Complex on Agra Road. We are on the first floor in unit 4-A. It is a very busy building with a lot of different traders and small businesses working side by side. The hallway is usually filled with the sound of people talking and workers moving boxes around. We deal with various chemicals, so there is a lot of safety paperwork we have to keep track of every day. It is definitely not a place for a fancy showroom. We have some basic desks, a lot of storage space, and plenty of logbooks to keep our records straight. Agra Road is always packed with traffic and trucks, so we hear the constant sound of horns all day long. We have been in this spot for quite some time now. We aren't trying to change the world; we just provide the specific materials that other businesses need for their own manufacturing processes. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but that is just part of the trade we are in. We have a couple of guys who handle the logistics and a few of us staying in the office to manage the phones. It is a straightforward operation. We do not use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers. We just tell them what we have in the warehouse and when it can be delivered. It is just an honest way to make a living for us.
