Gbc Construction India Private Limited is situated at Plot No 174, House No 26, in Sector 16A, Nerul. It is a residential area, so we are right in the heart of the community. We don't have a big corporate office in some skyscraper. We work from here and it keeps us close to the projects we handle. Nerul is a busy place and we spend most of our time coordinating with different teams across Navi Mumbai. We are a small group of people who just know how to build things. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most of our work comes from people just seeing what we do. We manage construction sites and handle all the small details that come with it. It can be stressful when the weather doesn't cooperate or when materials are late, but we just deal with it. House No 26 is where we do the planning and keep the files. It is a simple setup with a couple of desks and a lot of talk about projects. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal. We know our clients and they know where to find us. We aren't looking to change the world, just to build good structures for the people in our area. It is regular work for regular people. We have been around for a while and we know the local rules and the best people to hire. We like it here.
