If you head over to Bhayander East, you’ll find us in Jai Monica Tower at Chandan Park. We are in Suite 402. Gajadhar Developers Private Limited is the name we use for all our building work. We are pretty close to Jesal Park, which is a nice area to walk through when we need a break from the office. Being in a CHS building means we are right in the middle of the community we build for. The tower isn't brand new, but it’s home for us. We do a lot of development stuff, which basically means a lot of time spent with architects and city planners. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes things move slow, but that’s the nature of the beast in Thane. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. There’s usually some snacks on the table and a lot of talk about the local real estate market. We aren't the biggest developers around, but we stay busy with the projects we have. It gets a bit hectic when a new project is starting up, with people coming in and out all day. But mostly, it’s just us sitting around the office making sure everything is on track. We like the neighborhood and the people here, and we just keep doing our thing one day at a time.
