We are based in Wing A of Raunak Tower, specifically on the fourth floor. It’s right there on Baji Prabhu Deshpand Road, not too far from the old ice factory. It’s a decent spot to work from. Being in a tower like this means we see a lot of people coming and going. We focus on real estate and different infrastructure projects around here. It isn't always easy dealing with all the regulations and the constant changes in the property market, but we manage. Our office isn't overly decorated. We just need space for our files and a place to meet. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, which can be annoying when you're in a hurry. We mostly deal with local land and building matters. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group trying to help people navigate the realty scene. Most of our day is spent looking at maps, talking to contractors, or dealing with the legal side of things. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The ice factory is a good landmark for people trying to find our building for the first time. We just take things one day at a time and try to get our projects across the finish line without too much drama. That's pretty much who we are and what we've been up to lately in this office. Just keep moving forward.
