We are located out in Kalyan West. Our office is in the Colorado wing of the Riverdale complex, which is part of Tharwani Godrej Hill. It’s a bit of a trek from the main Mumbai city, but it’s a nice area. We are in flat number 202. It’s a bit unusual because it’s a residential building where we handle our diamond business. We like it because it’s quieter than the busy markets in the city. We have set up one of the rooms with all the tools we need for checking diamonds. There are magnifying glasses and scales on the tables. It’s a very hands-on job. We spend our mornings going through the latest batches. Since we are in a complex, we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a more relaxed environment than being in a crowded bazaar. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking for the specific wing. The office has a balcony where we sometimes take a break. We just focus on the stones and making sure everything is in order. It’s a practical way to work without all the noise of the city center. We keep things honest and just do our daily tasks. The building is newer and the view is nice when it rains. We don't have a receptionist or anything, just whoever is free answers the door. It’s a quiet life here in Kalyan compared to the city. We spend our time looking at the diamonds and writing down the details in our logs. It’s not a complicated operation, just a steady one.
