You can find Forge Spatia Private Limited over in Kalyan, specifically in the Khadakpada area. Our office is E 302 in the Vanshree CHS, right near the Khadakpada Circle. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always something going on outside our window. We chose this spot because it's easy for us to get around to the different areas where we have work going on. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us handling the administrative side of development. We deal with the blueprints, the permits, and the constant scheduling that comes with building things. It’s not a glamorous job. Most days it’s just about solving one problem after another. We have a small, dedicated team who has been doing this for a long time. We don't have a big corporate structure; we just talk to each other and get things decided. Kalyan is growing fast, and we are just one of the many small companies trying to keep up with the demand. We spend a lot of time out at the sites, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive art. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that the projects get finished on time. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living.
