Flame & Grill Speciality Sizzlers & Continental

We are located out in Kalyan East, right at Tisgaon Naka on the Pune Link Road. Flame & Grill is easy to miss if you are not looking, as we are situated right next to Prasad Restaurant. Our focus is mostly on sizzlers and continental food, which means the place usually smells like woodsmoke and grilled vegetables. It is a busy spot because the link road is always full of cars and trucks heading towards Thane. The 421306 area is a bit industrial and gritty, and our restaurant reflects that. We have not spent much on fancy decorations; we mostly just have sturdy tables and some good grills in the back. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially when we have ten sizzler plates going at once, and you can usually hear the hissing sound from the dining area. The staff here are locals from Kalyan who know how to handle a rush without getting flustered. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that. We just like making food that comes out steaming hot. Some people say the sizzler smoke is a bit much, but most of our regulars seem to like the atmosphere it creates. It is a simple setup for people who want something different from the usual local fare. We just keep the doors open and the grills hot from morning until late at night for whoever walks in.
