First Stage Projects Private Limited operates out of Room Number 01 in Laxmi Narayan Niwas. We are located right opposite NKT College in the Kharkar Ali area of Thane West. If you have ever been to this part of Thane, you know it gets very crowded with students and commuters throughout the day. Being in an older building like Laxmi Narayan Niwas gives us a bit of that traditional Thane feel. The office is small and cozy, maybe even a bit cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is. We can hear the college students outside during their breaks, which keeps the energy up around here. Kharkar Ali is a narrow area, so parking is always a bit of a headache for everyone, but we make it work somehow. Most of us take the local train anyway since the station is not too far. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination and sitting around the main table in Room 01. We do not have any polished marketing materials or a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just have our desks, some old fans, and the work that needs to be done. Thane-400602 is a busy place to be, and being at this specific spot near the college means we are right in the thick of things. It is a practical location for First Stage Projects, even if the building itself is a bit dated. We have grown fond of the creaky doors and the local tea stall nearby.
