FIRST PILLAR INFRA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Marathon Nagari in the Shirgaon area of Badlapur. Our office is in the R-2 wing, room B-203. It’s a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way because it’s quiet and we can actually get some thinking done. Badlapur has changed a lot lately with so many new people moving in from the main city. We focus on infrastructure and building projects around here. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and a look at the site reports from the day before. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group of people who understand how building works in this part of the district. The train station isn't too far, but the roads can get pretty muddy when it rains heavily in July. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and various project sites. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly checking on cement deliveries or talking to laborers about their schedules. We don't have a website with flashy photos or anything. We just keep our files in order and try to make sure our projects don't get stuck in red tape. It’s a steady pace of work. We know the local vendors and the way things run in Badlapur, which helps us stay grounded in what we do every day. It's just simple work.
