Fenkin Infraventures Private Limited is located over in Thane West. We are in the Centrum building, specifically Unit No 404. It’s a busy spot right opposite the TMT office. If you know where the Satkar Hotel is, we are right next to that. Being in Mumbai, or well, the Thane side of it, means there is always noise and people moving around. We’ve been in this office for a bit now. It’s a good place for us to keep track of our infrastructure projects. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of folders stacked up. Most days, we’re just coordinating with teams out on the field. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The 400604 area is quite convenient for getting around. We see the hotel guests and office workers passing by all day long. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local stalls nearby. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a bunch of people trying to make things work. The office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. If you’re looking for us, just head to the fourth floor. The building is easy to spot once you’re on that main stretch near the station. It takes a few minutes to get through the lobby during lunch hours because the elevators are slow.
