Fen-Kin Buildpro Llp is based in Thane West-Thane. Our office is number 103 in Marotraoji Bhavan, which is on Dr.Moose Road right by Talao Pali. If you know the 400602 area, you probably know the lake. It’s a nice place to have an office, even if we are mostly inside looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. We are a small buildpro firm and we don’t go in for all the corporate polish. Our desks are usually covered in papers and we are always busy with something. The building we are in is quite old and has its own character. We like it because it feels real and grounded. Most of our work involves managing local building projects. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people to make sure things get finished. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of days where things don't go according to plan, but we just deal with it. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We are just local residents who work in the construction industry. We try to keep our English simple and our dealings honest. The area around Dr.Moose Road is always humming with activity, which keeps us energized. We just show up, do our work, and try to make sure we are doing a decent job for the people we work with.
