We've been operating Falcons Builders & Developers Llp out of Kalyan West for a while now. Our office is right there in Radhy Apartment on Karnik Road. If you know the area, it's the B Wing, flat 301. Most days we are just busy with the usual paperwork and site visits that come with being in the construction business. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure materials show up on time and the workers know what the plan is for the day. Being a limited liability partnership means there are a few of us involved in the decision-making process. We spend a lot of time on the ground rather than sitting behind a desk. It's not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can get the job done. Kalyan is growing fast, so there is always something going on. We handle different types of building projects around here. It gets stressful when there are delays or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just how this industry works. People stop by the office to ask about updates or just to talk through some plans. We try to keep things straightforward and honest without making things more complicated than they need to be. It's a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from checking the foundations to signing off on the finishing touches. It's hard work, but we’re used to the pace of things in this part of town now.
