Our office is located in Techbocity at Mahape. We are up on the eighth floor, in units B-801 and 802. Mahape is a huge hub for all sorts of service companies and IT firms, so there are people everywhere during the day. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here, but the view of the surrounding industrial area is alright. We do service work, which means a lot of computer time and phone calls. The office is pretty standard—cubicles, some coffee stains on the desks, and a lot of wires. It’s not very exciting to look at, but we get a lot done. The commute to Mahape can be a bit of a grind depending on where you are coming from. The trains are packed and the roads aren't much better. We try to keep a relaxed vibe in the office because the work can be stressful sometimes. We aren't a giant corporation, just a team of people handling different client needs. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the security guards and the folks at the tea stall downstairs. It’s a routine. We come in, check the emails, handle the service requests, and head home. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but we try to keep it balanced. It’s just honest work in a busy part of Navi Mumbai. If you come by, the elevators can be slow, so give yourself a few extra minutes.
