Envira Dhaba & Family Restaurant

Envira Dhaba & Family Restaurant is situated at Shop number 1 in Aadharwadi, right on Gandhari Road. We are pretty close to Nikky Nagar, so a lot of people from the nearby houses end up stopping by. Kalyan City is always moving, and being near the road means we hear the traffic all day long. It’s a family-run kind of setup, so things aren't always perfectly organized, but we try our best to keep the place tidy. There is a lot of space for families to sit together, which was the whole point of setting it up here. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen or out front talking to the regulars who have been coming here since we opened. The weather in Thane can get really humid, so the fans are almost always going at full speed to keep the air moving inside the shop. We don’t have any big corporate plans or anything like that; we just want to run the dhaba and make sure people who come in leave with a full stomach. Sometimes the delivery bikes are parked right out front, making it a bit cramped, but that’s just how the street is. On the weekends, it gets a bit more hectic with kids running around and more noise than usual. We just take it one day at a time, fixing what needs fixing and keeping the stove hot for whenever someone walks in.
