You can find us over in Shanti Nagar, specifically in Building 19, Sector 1. We are right opposite the railway station at Mira Road East. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about, which we quite like. We are builders and developers. It sounds more grand than it is. Mostly, we spend our time looking at plots of land or checking on how a new floor is coming along. We aren't corporate types in suits. Most of the time we have mud on our shoes. We've been operating in the Mira Road area for some time now. We know the local rules and the people. Developing property is a bit of a headache with all the permits and the weather, but we enjoy the process of seeing something go from a flat piece of dirt to a place where people live. Our office is a simple one, just a room where we can sit down and talk about the next steps for a project. We don't have any slogans or fancy promises. We just try to build things that stay up and look okay. Sometimes the work is slow and sometimes it's frantic. That's just the nature of building things. We keep it practical and try not to worry too much about the small stuff. It's a living, and it's what we know how to do best.
