Our office is up on the 15th floor of the F-wing, in the Greenville building. That's part of the Lodha Upper Thane project in Mankoli Village. It’s quite high up, so we get a good view of the surrounding area. EMBELLISH CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is the name of our company. We spend a lot of time here working through construction plans and talking to contractors. Being in Mankoli Village means we’re right where a lot of the new development is happening in Thane. It’s a busy spot these days. We aren't some fancy corporate firm with a lot of slick talk. We’re just people who know how to put buildings together. Working from F-1505 gives us a central place to meet and get things organized. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but that's just life in a big building. We focus on the practical side of things—getting the materials delivered and making sure the workers know what they're doing. It can be a bit stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage. We’ve seen this whole Lodha Upper Thane area change so much recently. It’s interesting to be right in the middle of it. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it. It’s a steady job and we like it. The view from the 15th floor is definitely a bonus during long work days.
