Ela Aai Infrastructure Private Limited is based in Dombivli, which is in the Thane district. You can find us near the Jay Hanuman Vyayamshala and right by the Panchmukhi Hanuman Mandir in Kolegaon. Having a gym and a temple so close by makes it easy for people to find us. We work on various infrastructure projects around this area. It is a busy neighborhood with lots of families and small shops. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination with our workers and making sure we have enough cement and steel for the current jobs. Construction is a tough business and it requires a lot of staying power. We have had our share of long days and late nights trying to finish things before the monsoon hits. We do not have any mission statements or big goals posted on our walls. Instead, we have calendars and project schedules. We like being part of the Kolegaon community and seeing the things we build being used by local people. It is a practical job and we try to do it in a practical way.
