Our office is located at A 906 in the Mahavir Icon building, right in Sector 15 of CBD Belapur. This is the heart of the business district in Navi Mumbai, so it is always a very active place. Being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view, but usually, we are too focused on our computers to notice. Ekdant Emperia LLP is run by a small group of people who have been in the construction and property field for a long time. We do not have any corporate branding or fancy decorations in our office. It is just a place where we come to work and manage the various tasks that keep our projects running. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. Some days are very stressful when things are not going right at the site, but that is part of the life we chose. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea, and that is about as fancy as it gets. We are not a big name, just local people who know how to get a building finished. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. It is a simple, no-nonsense way of running a business, and it seems to work well enough for us.
