Echaar Equipments Pvt.Ltd. is based over in the Wagle Industrial Area on Road No. 10. We occupy plots A 48 and 49. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. Our shop floor is usually filled with various pieces of equipment in different stages of being put together. It’s a gritty place, not at all like those clean offices you see in movies. There’s oil on the floors and the smell of cut metal in the air. We’ve been here for a long time, and some of our guys have been working these machines for decades. We don’t have a fancy website or a big PR department. We just rely on the work we do. People around here know us as the place on the corner of the road. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and fixing things. It’s hard work and it gets hot in the summer, but we don’t mind it much. Usually, the radio is playing in the background over the sound of the drills. The tea stall just outside our gate makes the strongest chai in the area, and we’re all pretty much addicted to it. It’s what keeps us going during the long afternoon shifts. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls, just some old calendars and a few safety charts. It’s a place for work, not for showing off. We value the skills our team has built over the years.
