If you’ve ever walked through the market, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of different businesses. We liked the spot because it’s easy for people to find us. Inside Office No 325, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We aren’t interested in having a fancy showroom. We’d rather spend that money on better equipment for the sites. Sector 17 is a good hub for us. It lets us get to various parts of the city without too much trouble. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors, checking on material shipments, and making sure the guys on site have what they need. Construction involves a lot of moving parts and it can be quite stressful when things get delayed. We try to stay on top of the paperwork, but sometimes it piles up. We are a straightforward group of people. We don't have a marketing department writing things for us. This is just how we talk. We take on building work, we manage the labor, and we try to finish on time. It’s a basic business. Some days the office is empty because everyone is out checking on a foundation or a roof. That’s just the nature of what we do at DPVG BUILDCON. We’re local and we’re practical.
