Our office for Dive Construction Contractors Private Limited is over in Nerul, specifically in Sector 42A. We’re in Flat 301 on Plot No. 21. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to some other parts of Navi Mumbai, which is nice when we have to focus on project costs and timelines. We are a small team and most of our day is spent coordinating with workers at different spots. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or marketing brochures lying around. Most of the space is taken up by blueprints and old files from past jobs. We take on various contracting work and we’ve been doing it long enough to know that things rarely go exactly as planned. You have to be flexible in this line of work. Sometimes we are at the office early in the morning, and other times we might be out until late checking on a slab pour. We like being in Nerul because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We don't try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a group of people who know how to manage a construction project from start to finish. If you stop by, the kettle is usually on, and we’re probably talking about the latest cement prices or labor issues. It's not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the process of building things from scratch.
