Dhriti Builders and Developers LLP is located over in Airoli, right near the National Burns Hospital. If you know Sector 14, you know it can get quite busy around there. Our office is actually in Lake View H2, inside Wing 2 on the second floor. It’s a regular residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Flat Number 3 is where we keep all our records and meet people. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. From the window, you can see a bit of the surrounding area, and it’s usually quiet enough to get work done. We focus on building and development projects around Navi Mumbai and Thane. Being in Airoli helps because we are close to the main roads. The office is pretty basic with a couple of computers and a big table for checking plans. We aren't doing anything fancy with the decor. Most of the time, we are out on sites anyway, so the office is just a place to touch base and handle the paperwork. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to filing documents. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and it gets the job done without any fuss.
