Dhp Homes Private Limited is run out of Shop No. 5 in the Dagdu Bhuvan building. We are over on Ayre Road in Dombivli East. It’s a very local spot, right near Om Bunglow and the Gaondevi Mandir. If you walk past the temple, you’ll see our shop pretty easily. It is a small space, but it’s where all the decisions happen. We’ve been in Dombivli for a good while and we know the streets here like the back of our hands. Being in a shop rather than a high-rise office makes us feel more connected to the people walking by. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle home projects and talk to people directly. The shop is usually a bit messy with brochures and site documents, but we know where everything is. Ayre Road can get crowded in the evenings, but that’s the charm of this part of the city. We open up in the morning, sort out the day's schedule, and get to work. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or meeting people right here at the shop. We don’t try to be something we aren't. It’s a straightforward business, and we take things as they come. It’s a lot of hard work, but being in the heart of Dombivli makes it worth it for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the local housing needs.
