Dharti Builders And Developers Llp is based out of Navi Mumbai in the Belapur CBD area. We are located at Plot No 10 in Sector 23 and our specific spot is Shop No 4 inside the Om Shanti Premises. Being in Belapur is quite different from being in the main part of Mumbai because the roads are wider and things feel a bit more spread out. Our shop is on the ground level which makes it easy to find once you get into Sector 23. The pin code here is 400614. The office is basically one main room with a small partition in the back for storage and some old files. We have some plastic chairs for when people come to talk and a big wooden desk that has seen better days. It is a functional space and we do not spend much on making it look like a showroom. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but we haven't gotten around to that yet. We usually have the door open to let some air in during the mornings. Most of our day is spent handling the usual paperwork and talking to people on the phone. It is a steady routine in a part of Thane that is always growing. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way in this small shop.
