Dharti Aakaar Builtech Llp

Our office for Dharti Aakaar Builtech Llp is up on the seventh floor of Diamond Tower. We are located at plot 20 on the Mira Bhayander Road, right in the Kashimira area. If you know the Shivaji Statue, we are very close to that. It is a busy part of Mira Road East, and there is always something happening outside. We spend a lot of time here looking over construction plans and talking to people about new projects. The office is not anything special to look at, just a place with desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We started this because we wanted to be involved in the building work happening around this neighborhood. It has been a learning process for us, and we have had our fair share of long days and messy situations on site. We try to be honest about how things are going and what can be done. Being in a tower like this gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding sprawl, which is interesting to see. The elevator sometimes takes a while, but once you are up here in A 701, it is a productive space. We deal with a lot of local contractors and suppliers from the Thane area. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up. We are not trying to impress anyone with fancy talk, we just like to see a project through from start to finish.
