We are located over in Dombivali West at the Panchali Bldg on P D Road. The name on our registration is Dhandeep Neelkanth Realities And Developers Private Limited, which is quite a lot to say, so we usually just focus on the work itself. Our office is a simple place where we spend most of our time dealing with local reality projects and development plans for the neighborhood. Being on P D Road means we are right in the middle of the daily hustle and bustle of the town. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and people moving about, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this business because we wanted to be involved in how the local area was being built up. Most days, you will find a few of us sitting around desks piled with site maps and folders full of permissions and drawings. We don’t have a big reception desk or fancy art on the walls. It is more of a practical workspace where we can sit down and figure out the next steps for our building projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty when there is construction nearby, but that is just part of the job when you are in development. We spend a lot of time talking to local folks and visiting sites around Dombivali to make sure everything is moving along. It is not always glamorous work, but it keeps us busy and we like being part of this community.
