Devta Vision Developers Llp is based at B 102 in the SM Plaza building. We are over in Sector 50, right at Plot No. 24/25. It’s an older part of the sector, but we like it here. We are developers, which basically means we spend half our time on the phone and the other half at construction sites. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our records and meet with the guys who do the actual building. Being in a CHS like SM Plaza means we are right in the middle of a neighborhood. We focus on projects that fit into areas like this. It’s a lot of meetings about permits and materials and things like that. We aren't a huge group with a big marketing budget. It’s just a small team of us trying to make sure our projects turn out the way they should. We’ve seen the real estate market go through some weird times here in Maharashtra, but we just keep at it. Sometimes things move fast, and other times we are just waiting for the rain to stop so we can pour some concrete. We don't have a fancy website. We just have our office and our files. If you come by, you’ll probably see us looking at a site map or arguing about a delivery. It’s practical work and we enjoy it. Most people in the building know us by now.
