We are based in the Nitin Co-Operative Housing Society over on Shahid Mangal Pandey Road in Thane West. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main mall area, but we are right opposite the Royal Challenge Hotel and near Sambhaji Nagar. If you know where Korum Mall is, we are just a short distance from there. We have been part of this Thane neighborhood for a while now. Most of our days are spent handling the daily tasks that come with running a local business. We are not a big chain or anything like that. It is just us and a few staff members who help keep things organized. The area around here has grown a lot lately, but we stay focused on what we do right here in the society building. Being in a residential housing society means we know a lot of our neighbors by name. We deal with the usual stuff like deliveries, keeping the place tidy, and making sure everything is ready for whoever walks through the door. It is a practical setup and we do not try to make it something it is not. The traffic near the mall can get pretty heavy on weekends, but we are tucked away enough that it does not bother us too much. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in this part of Thane.
