Delhi Darbar Gastronomy

We are up on the 2nd floor of the Sun Magnetica building. This is in Louis Wadi, which is part of Thane West. You can find us near the Hotel Dhiraj Residency and the LIC Building, which are pretty big landmarks in this area. Even though the name sounds a bit different, we are just a local place to eat. Being on the 2nd floor means we are a bit away from the direct noise of the street, which is nice. Thane West is a busy place, and Louis Wadi always has people moving around. We have been here for a bit and we get a lot of office workers and people from the LIC building coming by. The 400604 area is growing fast. Our space is kept simple and we don't spend a lot on fancy decorations. We just want to make sure there is enough room for everyone to sit comfortably. The staff here is mostly local guys who know the city well. We spend a lot of our time making sure the kitchen is running right. It’s a lot of work to keep a restaurant going on a second floor because of the supplies coming in, but we have a routine now. We don't have any big marketing plans; we just rely on people who work in the building or live nearby to stop in. It is a practical spot for a meal when you are in this part of Thane. We just do our work and go home.
