Deeplaxmi Commercial Properties Private Limited is our small operation based in Nerul. We are actually located in a residential-style building, Flat No. 402, which covers house numbers 231, 233, and 234. We are right near Gajanan Chowk in Sector-5. It’s a very local feel here. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We handle commercial properties around this part of Navi Mumbai. Since we are in Nerul, we see a lot of change happening in the local markets. It’s a good place to be if you want to know what’s actually going on with the shops and offices nearby. Our space isn't like those glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s more practical. We have a lot of maps and property records stacked up on the shelves. People often stop by just because they saw our name while passing through the chowk. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We talk to landlords, check out new listings, and try to help people find a decent spot for their business. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to the locals.
