Deepjyoti Buildcon Llp is based in Thane, right across from Holy Cross in the K Villa area. Our office is 401 in the Samarth Arcade. It is a pretty well-known spot around here. We have been working from this fourth-floor office for a while now. Thane has grown so much lately, and we’ve been here to see it happen. We mostly take on building and construction projects in the local vicinity. The office is just a place to keep our equipment and files organized. It’s not very large, but it works for us. Usually, there’s a bit of noise from the street below, but we don't mind it. We are usually out on-site during the day anyway. We just want to get the jobs done without any unnecessary drama. We have a small team of local people who know the area well. Dealing with the monsoons in Thane is always a challenge for construction, but we have learned how to plan around it over the years. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of layers. If you call, you usually talk to one of us directly. It is a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next brick or the next plan. The arcade is a busy place, but room 401 is where all the actual work gets organized for us every day.
