Deepak Pure Veg Restaurant

We are located in Kalyan City, very close to the railway station. If you have ever been to Thane, you know how hectic the area around the station can be. There are people rushing to catch the local trains every single minute. Our restaurant is right there in the middle of all that chaos. People come in with their bags, looking for a quick meal before they head to the platform. Because we are a pure veg place, we get a lot of families and office workers who want something simple and clean. The chairs are wooden and a bit old, and the fans spin fast to keep the heat away. It’s always a bit humid here. I’m usually sitting near the entrance, keeping an eye on the tables and the kitchen door. The noise from the station—the announcements and the train whistles—is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We don't do anything fancy with the food, just the usual dishes that people expect. Sometimes the floors get a bit muddy during the monsoon because of all the foot traffic from the street. We just mop it up and keep going. It’s a busy life being so close to the station, but it keeps the business moving. I spend my afternoons counting the inventory and making sure the fridge is stocked with fresh vegetables for the evening crowd.
