Darpita Properties (Opc) Private Limited

We are over here at Plot No 108 in Vashi. It's on the first floor in Unit B of Sector 8. My name is on the registration but really it is just a small office where we handle property things. Vashi is a busy place and being in Sector 8 means there is always something going on outside the window. We spend most of our time looking at paperwork and talking to people about local flats or plots nearby. It isn't a huge operation, just a private limited company run as an OPC. Sometimes the stairs to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day of walking around. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or heard from someone else. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of files. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people trying to keep things organized. Dealing with property in Navi Mumbai takes a lot of patience because there is always a new rule or a different form to fill out. We try to stay on top of it. It’s mostly just us here, answering phones and making sure the records are right. Not much else to say, it’s just a normal workplace.
