Daroda Developers Private Limited is located out in Shahapur, specifically in Asangaon at H.No 1272. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city of Thane, but we like the space out here. We focus on developing land and homes in and around the Shahapur area. It’s a growing place, and there’s always something new happening. Our office is a simple setup, nothing like those fancy offices you see in Mumbai. We’re locals ourselves, so we know the land and the people around here pretty well. We spend most of our time out on site, checking on progress and talking to the crews. We started Daroda Developers Private Limited because we wanted to be part of how this area grows. It’s not always easy, especially with the monsoon rains making the ground messy, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny website. We just rely on the work we do. People in Asangaon know where to find us if they have questions about a plot or a new building. It’s a small operation, and we like to keep it that way so we can actually stay involved in every step. We’re just a bunch of people working hard to build things in our own backyard. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be doing it here in Shahapur. Most of us have lived here our whole lives, so we really care about what happens to the neighborhood as it gets bigger.
