Daar Infratech Private Limited is located in Mira Road East, specifically in the Shanti Nagar area. Our office is in the Moreshwar Shantinagar society, Sector 1, inside Flat 104. Thane is a big place, and being out here in Mira Road means we are constantly on the move. We handle a lot of the infrastructure and technical side of building projects. It’s a lot of paperwork and planning before a single brick even moves. We started this company because we wanted to handle projects in a way that felt more direct and less complicated. The office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, especially when we’re going over project maps. There’s always tea being made and people coming in and out. Dealing with construction in Maharashtra involves a lot of back and forth with different departments, so we spend quite a bit of time navigating that. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there; we just want to do the work that comes our way and do it right. The traffic on the way to Thane can be a nightmare, so we try to schedule our site visits carefully. It’s a practical business, really. We deal with the real-world stuff—pipes, foundations, and structural things. It keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in this building for a while now and it suits us just fine, even if the parking around Shanti Nagar is always a struggle.
