D P Housecon Llp is situated at G.No 1/19 in the Swastik Industrial Estate. We are on Goddev Phatak Road in Bhaindar. Being in an industrial estate means it’s always noisy and there’s always something being moved around. Trucks come and go all day long. Our space is just a basic unit where we manage our housing and construction projects. It’s not a fancy office at all. We have metal desks and a lot of dust from the surrounding workshops. Bhaindar is a busy place, and the Goddev Phatak Road area is especially crowded during the day. We like being here because everything we need is close by. If we need parts or workers, they are right around the corner. We usually start our day early before the traffic gets too bad. Most of the time, our shirts are a bit wrinkled and we have coffee stains on our desks. It’s the kind of place where work actually happens. We don't have time for polished presentations. We just show people what we are building and how it’s going. The heat in the industrial estate can be tough in the afternoons, so we have a few old fans that keep the air moving. It’s just a regular group of people working in a regular industrial park. We do our best to stay on top of the projects we have.
