We are located way up on the 12th floor of Shree Chamunda Harmony in Kamothe. It’s in Sector 18, right near the Mansarovar station. Creativeupdate Real Delineation Private Limited is the name on the door, though we usually just call it the office when we're talking to each other. From up here, you can see a good chunk of Navi Mumbai and the Raigarh area. We deal with real estate delineation, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at boundaries and property lines. It’s a lot of technical work, but it’s what we know. The office is usually pretty quiet, save for the sound of the printers running. We aren't the type of company that has big parties or fancy events for clients. We just show up, do the measurements, and file the reports. Kamothe is a busy place, and there’s always someone building something new, so there is plenty of work to keep us busy. We moved into this building because it’s central to the projects we handle. Some days the elevator takes forever to arrive, but the view from the top makes up for it. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help people figure out where their land starts and ends. It’s a bit of a niche, but it's important for getting things built right. We’ve got our maps and our tools, and that’s about all we need to get through the work week. We like being part of the growth in the 410209 area.
