You can find us at CR HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED over in the Mery Gold Building. We are in Flat D/101, which was built by Vyas Developers in the Dungipada area. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done without too many distractions. We started this because we saw a need for more housing options around here. We aren't some big-city firm with hundreds of employees and fancy cars. It’s just a few of us who know the local area and want to build things that actually last. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the records and meet with people when we need to sign something. We spend a lot of time out at the actual sites, so the office can feel a bit empty during the day. But when we are here, it’s all about getting the details right. We’ve had our share of ups and downs like any small business trying to make it. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on doing a decent job and letting word of mouth handle the rest. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We just think that being honest and showing up every day is what matters most. Dungipada is home for us, and we like being part of the community. We are just regular people working in the housing sector, trying to make an honest living.
