Our office is G4 in the Aakanksha CHS, right near the Naupada Police Station at Teen Hath Naka in Thane West. It is a well-known spot because of the police station, so it is easy to tell people where we are. We do a mix of equipment and trading, which keeps things interesting because every day is a little bit different. Sometimes we are dealing with logistics, and other times we are just trying to find a specific piece of gear for someone. The office is small but it works for us. We do not have a lot of flashy decorations or corporate art on the walls. It is mostly just shelves with catalogs and some computers. Being in Thane, we get a lot of people passing through, and the noise from the traffic at Teen Hath Naka is almost like background music now. We are a small team, and we do not have a boss who sits in a separate glass office. We all sit together and just get through the work. We are not looking to be the biggest company in the world, just to keep our clients happy so they come back next time. It is about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. We have our fair share of busy days where everything seems to happen at once, but we just take it one step at a time and keep things moving.
