Copper Chimney Restaurant

Our restaurant is located in the Viviana Mall, specifically at SF 31 on the second floor. It is a big place right on the Eastern Express Highway in Thane West. Being next to Jupiter Hospital means we get a lot of different people coming through our doors. Some are shopping, some are visiting the hospital, and others are just looking for a place to sit down after a long day of work. The mall is always buzzing with activity, especially on the weekends when it gets really crowded. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out on the floor, making sure the tables are wiped down and the orders are moving along. It is a fast-paced environment and there is rarely a quiet moment. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk here. We are just a team of staff members who know how to work hard and keep things running. The highway outside is usually backed up with cars, so we see people coming in to wait for the traffic to clear. We have our regulars who we see every week, and we know their usual orders by heart. It is not about being the most polished place in the mall; it is just about being a reliable spot where you can get a meal. We take the good days and the bad days as they come, and we just keep the stove going.
