CONVENTIONAL INFRAPROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Kalyan East. We have our office in Ramdarshan Apartment, which is in B-102 in the Shivaji Nagar area. Waldhuni is nearby too. Kalyan is a place that never really stops, and being on the East side means we are surrounded by a lot of residential buildings and small shops. Our team works out of this apartment, which we have converted into an office space. It has a kitchen where we make coffee and a couple of rooms filled with desks and cupboards. We focus on infrastructure projects, so there is always a lot of talk about cement, steel, and deadlines. It is a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. Most of the time, our guys are out at the sites in Thane or other parts of Maharashtra. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending messages to keep everything on track. It’s not a polished environment with glass walls. It’s just a place where work gets done. We try to be sensible about how we manage the projects and keep the costs where they should be. It is a lot of grinding through the daily tasks, but we have a good group that knows what they are doing. We just keep our heads down and work.
