You can find Collabtec Design Build Private Limited over in Thane at the Oriana Business Park. We are up on the sixth floor, room 608, right on Road No 22 in Wagle Estate. This area is known for having a lot of businesses, so it feels like the right place for us. We do a mix of design and construction work, which keeps us pretty busy most weeks. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we can sit down and figure out how to put things together. We have a few desks, a lot of drawings, and usually someone is brewing a pot of tea. We aren't into the corporate polish you see in some of the bigger firms. We'd rather just talk to people like normal human beings and get the job done. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when we have multiple builds going on at once, but we manage to keep it all straight. Most of us have been in this industry for years and we’ve seen how things change. We like being in Thane because it’s easy to get to different sites from here. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up every day and do our best with the projects we have on our hands. That’s about all there is to it, really.
