COBBLESTONE REAL ESTATE AND INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located over at the World Trade Centre in Kharadi, specifically in Tower 1 on the first floor. Being in Pune, especially in an area like Kharadi, means there’s always something happening around us. Cobblestone Real Estate and Infra Private Limited is basically just a group of us who know the local real estate scene pretty well. We moved into this office at 110 because it was a central spot for the kind of infrastructure work we handle. It's a busy building, but once you're inside our space, it's just us focusing on the next project. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls are mostly covered with maps and schedules. We deal with a lot of different people in the building industry, and it keeps us on our toes. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, while others are all about site visits. Pune is growing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the pace. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know the ropes. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant corporation. We’re just a local business trying to make sure the work we do is solid. We appreciate the people who work with us and the simple way we run things here in Tower 1. There’s no big secret to it, we just show up and work.
