Cixon Construction Private Limited

Our office is located at Flat No. 605 in the Iris building, which is part of Everest Country Side in Kasarvadavali. It’s a busy area right off G B Road. Cixon Construction Private Limited is basically run by a small group of us who have been in the building trade for years. Working from a flat converted into an office makes things feel a bit more personal, I guess. You can see the traffic moving on the main road from here, which reminds us how fast everything is moving in Thane. We handle a variety of construction tasks, mostly focusing on getting the basics done right. It’s not always easy keeping everything on schedule, especially with how the supply chains have been lately. We spend a lot of our mornings coordinating with teams at different sites. There’s always a lot of dust and noise involved in this line of work, but seeing a structure actually come together makes it worth the trouble. We don't really do the big corporate meetings or anything like that. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a table with some tea, looking at blueprints and trying to figure out the best way to move forward. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We’ve had our share of long days and late nights here in Kasarvadavali. It’s just how the construction business works when you’re trying to stay on top of things.
