Chopstix

We are over in Thane East, tucked away in Shop 9 and 10 of Falcon Court. If you live around Hari Om Nagar, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We go by the name Chopstix. It’s not a huge place, just a couple of shop units we’ve turned into a kitchen and a seating area. We mostly serve the people who live right here in the neighborhood. It’s nice because you start to recognize everyone after a while. We aren't trying to be some big corporate chain. It’s just a local business trying to make ends meet and keep the neighbors fed. Some days are busier than others, especially on the weekends when nobody feels like cooking. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a bit, and we all just pitch in where needed. The floors might have a scuff here and there, and the menu is just a simple printed sheet, but it’s honest. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or social media stuff. We just rely on people seeing us when they’re out doing their errands in Hari Om Nagar. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop. We just make sure the ingredients are fresh and the stove is working. If you’re near Falcon Court, you can just walk in and find a seat.
