China Town Chinese Corner

China Town Chinese Corner is located on G B Road, right near the Parijat Garden in Kasarvadavali Naka. Thane West has changed a lot since we first set up here, but we’re still in the same spot near the garden. It’s a small corner, hence the name. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we chop vegetables and get the sauces ready for the day. The area gets really crowded during the evening commute, and we see a lot of people stopping by on their way home. It’s not a big restaurant, just a simple corner shop where we do our best to keep up with the orders. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting right outside because the space inside is a bit tight. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us working the pans and taking orders. The weather in Thane can be a bit damp, but the kitchen stays dry and warm. We’ve known the neighbors around Kasarvadavali Naka for years. It’s a basic life, but we like being part of the local scene here. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the standard stuff that gets the job done. If you're passing by the garden, you'll probably see us working away behind the counter. We don't have much time for breaks, but we make sure the job gets done by the end of the night.
